Province Wide Safety Training Ltd. and BIS Safety Software have created a business partnership so not only can we provide our clients with the highest quality online courses available, but we can also provide our clients with a centralized portal for you to manage your training certification records.

This system allows you to access digital records at anytime, or keep records on the trainee’s phone.

Additional Instructions

As an employee

If you gave your email address to the instructor during the course, you’ll have access to it within a few days. You’ll receive an invitation email from BIS Trainer/Province Wide Safety Training Ltd.

Follow the instructions and activate your account. We recommend adding the login link to your browser’s favorites for future access.

Once your account is activated and you are logged in, go to the “Admin” tab at the top of the page and then into “Training Record Management”, you’ll see your certificate(s) there. You can then download them keeping a digital copy, or you can print them off.

As the employer

It is the same steps as above; except you’ll have access to all the certificates for all your employees.

If you require multiple people within your company to have this access, send us over the person’s name and email address and we can add them to the management side with the same permissions.
